Return Policy

We stand behind our products and want our customers to be happy.  We’lldo our best to treat you fair and reasonably, and hope that you’ll consider doing the same with us.  


You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive an item to return it for any reason.

To be eligible for a return, you must first request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for us to track the return.  

The item must be in a like-new or gently used condition (light scratches on the bottom of the pods and trimmed hook and loop straps are acceptable).  Damaged or broken products will not be accepted without prior authorization.  

Items purchased directly through do not need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items purchased outside of should be returned to the point of sale.


Once we receive the item, we will inspect the item and (if approved) initiate a refund via a credit card or the original payment method.  The length of time it takes is dependent upon our payment processor as well as your individual credit card, but it typically takes less than a week.

Refunds on international orders will exclude the cost of shipping. 


The customer is responsible for the cost of any return shipping.


All purchases and refunds will occur in United States Dollars.  The buyer assumes any and all risk of a currency fluctuation between a purchase and a refund.
